Non-Remote Assist Markets
Miele appliances are made to last for many years, so a repair is often still worthwhile. If your appliance is considered beyond economic repair and you choose to purchase a new Miele appliance directly from us, the inspection fee will be deducted from the purchase price, effectively making the inspection free of charge.
During the Miele warranty period, any defects in your appliance, excluding usage or operating errors, will be resolved at no cost to you. This includes repairs or replacements of affected components or, where necessary, the entire appliance. Your local Miele subsidiary will also cover all travel costs, call‑out charges, labour, and spare parts.

Miele appliances are designed for longevity, and we provide original Miele spare parts for up to 15 years after production ends. Many older Miele appliances can still be serviced, as they often remain valuable and worth repairing.
