One special feature is that the cooking zones recognise the pan size and automatically control the energy supply. Bridging functions turn cooking zones into extended zones, and take optimal advantage of the available space on the hob through innovative technology.
Vario zone
When using the dual-circuit vario zone you can adjust the cooking zone to the size of the pan. With induction the adjustment is automatic. Here you have more flexibility when placing your cookware.
Casserole zone
By selecting the bridging function two cooking zones can easily be combined and turned into an extended zone for casserole dishes. This additional function enables greater flexibility as a cooking zone can accommodate round pans as well as rectangular oven dishes.
PowerFlex zones are particularly versatile and flexible. Whether individual cookware, particularly large pasta pans or oven dishes: they can all be used without a problem. The unsurpassed speed thanks to a booster output of up to 7.4 kW is unique. It goes without saying that PowerFlex also features Miele's tried-and-tested TwinBooster technology.
