Info

We offer both young and experienced professionals a thorough and personalised induction programme. You begin "on-the-job" and will receive basic information about the company on your very first day. In addition, we hold specific information events where you will learn about the company, its human resources or employee benefits and where different departments and their duties and functions are presented.

We use a combination of the job specification and your qualifications to assess the amount of individual familiarisation you will need for the new position. In this way, if required, we can customise an induction plan for you which will enable you to familiarise yourself with your new department and related functions in depth.
